Maybe you want to lose weight or get in better shape so that your clothes fit better, but that just isnโ€™t a deep enough reason to keep you laser focused on those rough days when you just really donโ€™t feel like staying on track. To keep yourself motivated, youโ€™ve gotta dig deep and do some inner soul searching to figure out WHY you want to focus more on your health and well being.
