002: I used to be SO LAZY!

News flash! We are the one in control of our bodies!!

Crazy, right?? Took me years to make this realization. Go figure that one of my ex-boyfriends was the one to really inspire me to try something new.

I got out of my own way and stopped letting food have the control over my life. Listen in to to hear my story of how this realization finally came to light and why I am so grateful for my ex.
