“It was Colonel Mustard with the candlestick in the library!” Remember that Hasbro boardgame, Clue? While it was probably more of a mathematical game of probability, Hollywood fictionalized it a few years ago into a whodunit movie, and suddenly we learned the backstory of all the characters and began to question their motives. Why did Mrs. White betray Prof. Plum to murder Mrs. Peacock?

Our Lenten worship series "One Week that Changed the World” continues today as Pastor Tony takes a look at Jesus’ Wednesday activities during his final week of ministry and life according to the narrative found in the Gospel of Mark. The author speaks to the idea of loyalty or betrayal. Is it one or the other? Or do we slide back and forth between the two? And who is the real victim? Think of a time that you’ve been betrayed by another. What happens to your level of trust? What if that person is you? Listen and discover the three ways you betray yourself and the importance of being true to yourself no matter the circumstance.
