It’s a new year. Hope springs eternal, and yet the ambiguity of the pandemic lingers on. You can identify, especially in those moments of late when you feel anxious, lost, or just plain stuck. Thousands of years ago, the Israelites found themselves in a similar quandary. Having been exiled to Babylon, these captives cried out to the Lord for direction, freedom and release. The prophet, Jeremiah, reminded them of the Lord’s plans to prosper and give them hope.
When COVID-fatigue has you stuck in the hopelessness of ambiguity, what do you do during the wait? Join us as ellie hutchison, our Member-In-Discernment (MID) unpacks the rituals and lessons of the ancients that can help us navigate the ambiguous future. Listen and discover how you can model healing for others by practicing your own rituals of adaptation, meditation, and somatics as you lean into whatever practice makes you feel safe. Connection, hope and healing can be found when we seek aliveness and community in the midst of being stuck.
