Episode 1… Is me, Lizzie Bean, introducing myself and the wonderful world of Beanology to you… The listener!

It is supposed to be an elevator pitch… And at first that made me a bit wobbly!!

I am not very good at tooting my own trumpet…

But then, I remembered, what I teach the world… 

To just show up. Be seen. Be a bean…

So here it is!

Nb. I do swear! Not a lot…. But a bit!!

Any feedback too! Although, please be compassionate. I am new to this space, and learning. But my intention is to help the world, feel better, love more… And believe in themselves, so that dreams become possible. Whatever they may be.
