Hey beautiful people, I hope you are all doing well. Something that i have always aspired and wanted to implement as a part of this podcast channels is posting short positive reminders, or pep talks regularly. This would be alongside the long form content that i will also be posting. I want to implement this because listening to a positive reminder can brighten our day and can also help us feel heard.
This is my first positive reminder that I am posting - the key message around this reminder is starting what you have always desired to, and you are good enough to do so.
