Hey Beautiful People, I hope you are doing well. Today's episode is about how we can fight the mode of procrastination and some level of focus into our lives. This is personally a massive struggle for me, so when by speaking with a closed one, i was given a idea. This idea was asking myself the question of "what is the bare minimum i can do today towards my goals" - not every day is the same, and some days, we can hit rock bottom, but it is about giving ourselves grace and still try to put minimal effort toward our goals
