Genesis 36 sets up the ongoing redemptive story that eventually leads to Jesus.  It does so by tidying up some details by describing what happens to the people "On the WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS." That group of people come from ESAU, who is Jacob's brother and Isaac's son.  It is mostly not a pretty picture.  Listen.
