Pause with me today to hear what the Bible has to say about the 2nd coming of Christ that is NOT in the book of Revelation. It is the most important event in world history, that has not yet happened.
The return of Jesus:
- will be PUBLIC. Everybody will see it
- will be met with some MOURNING. There are those who continue in their refusal, rebellion, and resistance toward God.
- will be POWERFUL. His enemies will be like a few grains of salt in comparison with Jesus
- will be SUDDEN. Like a thief in the night.
- will be NO SURPRISE. He's told us it is coming
- will be a day of WRATH for those who deserve it.
