Up to this point in Revelation, all the facets of EVIL are UNIFIED in their opposition to God.  Today, evil begins to turn against evil. A house divided cannot stand.  This is the beginning of the end for evil.

God exercises His sovereignty in the decision making souls of the beast. He turns one evil force against another. God is exercising His genius and His power today.
