Discipleship Costs A LOT. WORTH IT! Luke 14:33 (Episode #282)

Jesus sets a high bar for following Him.  One might even wonder whether it is worth it.  

It is a bit like going to the moon. "You mean to tell me it is going to be expensive, epic, dangerous, require new priorities and will change everything?  Why would I do that?"  Because you get the moon.

Similarly becoming a disciple of Jesus:

• It is what you were made for (the great adventure of following Him)
• It is Who you were made for (The great relationship of Be With Me)
• It is Who you were made BY (He's been waiting for you)

So yup, there is rattling of every category

• priorities (military campaign)
• possessions (tower costs)
• permanence (Cross commitment)
• people (valuation of relationship connections)

You get ME.  WORTH IT.  Where do I sign up?
