Christian Decision Making S11e4 2cor1:20

Paul was a real person with limitations of time/space/money and distance.  He, like us, had to make daily decisions about what to do, where to go, and who to be with.  Here, he "changes his mind" as he assesses and rethinks previous plans.  

There is stuff to learn and remember from seeing this process in Paul:

• He was ready and really did often speak HARD WORDS.  Paul had guts.
• He changed his mind amidst changing circumstances.  Just like you do.
• He had a heart for the people of God and their growth. Hopefully just like you do.
• He kept the main thing the main thing.  In fact, he reminded the Corinthians that all the promises of God, the whole Old Testament and more, find their answer in Jesus. Hopefully you believe the same
• His first love was Jesus.  Hopefully just like you.
