Join me for an unpleasant look at the process of crucifixion. It was meant to be horrible and it certainly was. It successfully achieved its goals of being agonizing, public, prolonged and humiliating.
All of this suffering is known as the PASSION OF THE CHRIST. But do not forget of another kind of Jesus' passion: His love for you. Only then can the official "passion of the Christ" make complete sense.
