I said I was never going to do this program again. I thought I had made peace with that until I made my word for 2024 UNCOMFY and I realized one the the biggest thing that made me uncomfortable with this challenge and so I knew that was a sign I needed to do it again...

Hear me out.... I swear it's the things that make us the most uncomfortable that usually change us the most.

going after that job.

starting that workout program.

talking to that person.

starting that business.

and perhaps this will be that for me.
