It’s normal to feel defensive when you make a mistake. We could name tons of reasons we are justified in our behavior and it’s not our fault.
The problem is when we blame other people for our mistakes we are left powerless. We also have this little voice in our head that tells us “maybe it is all your fault!” “Maybe you just aren’t good enough.”
