EPISODE 18 - KATE MCDAID

Kate McDaid is the owner of NutriKate, a high performance nutrition consultancy based here in Ireland. Although Kate has and continues to work with professional sports teams and athletes she also works with the general population who are looking to optimise their health and is no stranger to the corporate world. Kate is also an lecturer in Applied Nutrition at TUD. Sports mad, Kate has previously captained the Irish basketball team and she continues to play basketball competitively in the Super League with recent National League winners Trinity Meteors. Enjoy!
