We tend to overcomplicate things in life, and make things harder than they need to be. In this episode, Kat and Dr. Ryan share some different ways to KISS: Keep It Simple, Squad! 

Simple and easy aren't always the same thing, and sometimes keeping things simple isn't always easy! By looking at our lives and our choices as something we have control over, we can remember that we can always choose the more simple way around a situation or hurdle.
