2020 and the beginning of 2021 have been lonely years for many of us - even if we have had our families or roommates or husbands and children around. 

Even I have found myself wishing for intimate, authentic, deep connection with my peers - particularly likeminded, powerful women. 

The more I thought about this though, the more I realized the connection I needed to make and wished to find was an internal one. A connection with myself. 

So today's episode is all about being your own best friend. How to show up for her, how to love her, and how to connect with her.
