Happy New Year!! When you're listening to this, it will officially be 2021 - a shiny and new start...sort of. 

In today's episode, I hope to help you bring together the two realities we're all likely experiencing: how 2021 feels like a brand new start, and how it really isn't all that different. It really is just a new day. All the challenges we've experienced in 2020 will likely still exist in 2021. 

But we also have the opportunity to start fresh and new every single day, not just January 1.
