Raise your hand if when you say "I'm fine", you're actually NOT FINE.
Â
 Wait - It's not just me?🤯
Â
Let's take a moment to invite in some grace as we move into this conversation of the Double Standard...
Â
As the Ubuntu CommUNITY continues to grow and expand, I notice the standards I put on myself versus the commUNITY members. As life happens, people get sick, and not everyone can join in for every call, and I notice myself struggling with this.
Â
When I say I will do something, I do everything I can to follow through. And when I can't? Grace is not the first thought that comes in mind. But if someone else couldn't follow through, giving them that grace would only take a moment.Â
Â
And because of this feeling of not giving myself grace, I start feeling loneliness, separateness, and not being one with those around me. We all notice the double standards that stick with us growing up, but when we operate in that, we don't get to recognize where we can evolve and GROW.Â
Â
What if we create a standard that feels aligned with how we move in this world, being more grace-filled and loving to ourselves than ever before?Â
Â
And what if it's not Us VS. Them? It's ALL of us. Rising together.Â
Â
In radical self-love. Fellow woman, you ARE allowed to follow your own path. You are allowed to receive GRACE. And you are WORTHY of your dream.
Â
You only need to take the first step forward.
