146. Sacred Judging

I'm here, being very real in this life alongside you, in all of the different versions of ME. And I welcome all of it... as well as all of YOU.

There are so many times we think that the worthiness we crave is found outside of us but in reality, it's been in us the entire time. We ALL deal with self-judgment, but what if it's actually meant to be there to help us realize our highest selves?
