Araz Nelson has been a hairstylist for 21 years. She started her career when she was a junior in high school. Over those years she went from assisting a hairstylist, to renting a chair, to renting a suite to ultimately opening her own salon in the middle of a pandemic. She is also owner of an independent hair color education company called COMBED education where she helps hairstylist's build their confidence in hair coloring.
