It is supposed to feel hard.
Your training runs, changing your habits, striving for career milestones, your progressive conversations... everything worth chasing, will feel hard.
The hard is what builds you into the person that you NEED to be in order to HAVE and KEEP that goal!
Give this a listen every time you need the reminder that when things feel hard and you feel incapable... it's because it's supposed to be this way.
