Chris Schafer, pitmaster of Heavy Smoke BBQ, picked up his third world championship title at the prestigious 2022 Jack Daniels Invitational. A restaurateur and BBQ instructor, Chris talks about some of the techniques he teaches (there's a class coming up) as well as having the proper mindset.
