In the last 17 years, I have created roughly 1500 videos totaling 140 hours of video instruction for coaches and players.

Most notable is the Read & React Offense – a system for teams to play in coordination without the use of set plays.

The Read & React is the point of the spear for a movement towards positionless basketball. The goal is to break teams and coaches out of the traditional box, raise the basketball I.Q., return fun to the game, and create a much more exciting brand of basketball.

It’s been public since August 2008. It is used on all levels: youth, high school, and college – men and women.

When I am not creating new instructional course, I speak at coaching clinics and I am contracted to work privately with teams around the country.
