Jennifer Jefferies is all about including fun as part of your life, including your work life! How often do you find yourself stuck, in a bad mood, and with clear symptoms of burnout eating away at you?

Jennifer’s early professional life was filled with exhaustion and doing everything she thought she needed to do to have a happy life. The grueling hours, the stress, and the overall unhappiness caught up to her. Despite being told she was burning out, she ignored the symptoms and signs that her body was giving her, until an accident nearly ended her life.

This made her take pause, look at her life, and ask herself if this is what she really wanted. One of the many pieces of advice she shares front his experience is to SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. You want people who respect you and are willing to tell you when you are going too far!

Jennifer is now a naturopath and aromatherapist. She has written 14 books, including one that became the best-seller in the aromatherapy category. She has A WEALTH of knowledge to share and as a self-named Present Day Wise Women, she shares many incredible tips with us during this episode.

How many times have you found yourself excited about a new project or change in your life and wanting to do ALL THE THINGS at once?
