About Jade Green:

Jade Green is a transformational teacher (certified as both a Mindvalley and The Genius Group trainer), learning junkie, spiritual being, surfer, adventurer, (B)rule-breaker, award winning serial entrepreneur, global speaker, best selling author, human experience igniter, and she is recognized internationally as the host of surf and business podcast Barrels and Business.

Jade works with business and start-up owners like herself (in her Wetsuit CEO and Board Room programs), and helps them overcome and prevent overwhelm, find their flow, transform their teams and uplevel. Her supreme goal is to create happier humans and remind people that business isn’t just about numbers it’s about the human side too. This balance allows people to lead a life where they are killing it and not fall into the trap where the business is killing them.

Jade has been honoured as one of StartUp Daily's Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs Under 40, received two Bronze International Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and her Search Firm, Velocity Consulting, was the very first business to receive investment from The Entourage Growth Fund.

About Mads Singers:

Mads Singers is a people management consultant and an outsourcing expert who provides coaching and consulting services for clients all around the world and helps business owners focus on running and growing their business. He has coached people for more than seven years in large organizations such as Shell and Coca-Cola and works with entrepreneurs in small companies.

He strongly believes that running a successful business requires a good understanding of people and personalities, and it is all about getting the right people on board, and having the ability to delegate tasks effectively to your staff.

In his own experience he reveals that one of the best things he has ever scheduled is never to spend more than 20% of his time coaching. He assumes that a good coach must be someone who is walking the walk!

Focusing on your strength, doing more of what you are good at and less of what is not naturally talented are some of Mads main principles in life.

Let’s get down to business and get the right SHIT done!

Key Takeaways & Quotes

  • Create an ideal week plan that structures a way so you can get into deep work, and cultivate your flow states without forgetting what is important. “Fill in your cup so you can serve from overflow”
  • Write down all what you need to do and figure out what needs to be kept, deleted, or delegated. “Only do what only you can do”
  • Have daily routines to switch on and switch off to be able to regenerate and come back and do it all over again the next day. Prepare a morning routine that will help you move into the day with a high spirit and end your day with a routine that will help you disconnect and recharge for the next day with more success.“If I don’t own the day, the day owns me”
  • Create a “90 day plan” to break big projects and goals into 12 weeks; ninety day tasks are more specific, manageable and can help you make progress much faster. “Most people overestimate what can be done in 12 months and underestimate what can be achieved in 12 weeks”
  • If you want to move into the next level, always have a space where you can reload with energy; make time to look after mental and physical health. “Self care is not selfish”
