I’m Emma Louise Bennett — an ICF-accredited Life Coach and Certified Menopause Coach. I help women in midlife who are struggling with oestrogen dominance, perimenopause symptoms, weight gain, and low energy to balance their hormones, improve gut health, and feel like themselves again.
After 21 years in a high-pressure leadership career in education, I hit burnout and knew something had to change. My own journey — from the UK to Italy and back again — showed me exactly how hormone imbalance, gut health, and neuroscience affect everything from mood and energy to weight and joy.
