Dr. Damour has authored three New York Times bestsellers - Untangled, Under Pressure, and The Emotional Lives of Teenagers and hosts a podcast “Ask Lisa: The Psychology of Parenting” - which all provide expert advice on how to help teenagers navigate the challenges of teenage years. And here’s a super cool fact: Dr. Damour to worked on Inside Out 2 to help it more accurately represent anxiety and puberty!!
