In May 1983, 14-year-old Peter Zimmer brutally murdered his family. Given an absurdly short sentence, Zimmer started his life over as Jovan “Joe” Collier four years later. As Joe, he masqueraded through people’s lives, eventually meeting his birth mother and wooing a woman named Candy Williams. Twenty-five years after murdering his family, he became a dangerous stalker.
