Our medical world is extremely algorithmic and very systematic and very guideline based. And it's very hard to be a creative soul, a creative being within this world as a doctor, and in other professions as well. 

As a doctor, I think creative outlets are harder to find however. So I'm going to talk today about why creativity is important as a doctor, because you know, you might just think, well, I am an algorithmic Doctor robot, I do procedures, I signed consent form, I do discharge summary in algorithmic way I do history of presenting complaint, past medical history, drug allergies, medications, etc, etc. And then where does creativity come into that? 

So we're gonna be talking about:
- Why is creativity as a doctor important?
- Why there is no creativity in medicine
- The differences between being a creative person as a doctor and being a content creator as a doctor
- How to be a more creative doctor inside work and outside work. 
- What's the most creative medical specialty.
