If you go back 10 years, who had a diagnosis of ADHD, not many people. But seemingly, it's seemingly becoming more and more common.
And I'm like, as the DSM five, that manual that tells us how many mental health diseases we can possibly have gets bigger and bigger and bigger, I wonder are we over-diagnosing lots of mental health problems.
Because the thing with mental health problems, and actually with lots of physical health problems is that they're vague. There's grey, there's black, there's white, there's grey again.
And it just means that everybody could have a mental disorder, if you put them on that scale. And I just think, why are we over diagnosing everybody?
Please consider helping me out, I'd seriously super appreciate it! <3
