She is the former Ms. Venezuela International and is known in North Carolina as “Luisa su voz Latina” (Luisa your Latin voice), where Luisa was the host and producer of the first and longest running Spanish language TV program produced in a major network. It ran for three years in North Carolina with interviews of celebrities in the Latin community such as Jorge Ramos, Cristina Saralegui, and Oprah Winfrey, among others. Through her success with her show, she became a personality and a brand name.
