It has been a busy time for host Leticia Latino, she's fresh of releasing her now Amazon #1 Best Seller Women in Business Leading the way and in the middle of a "virtual" book tour.    She has speaking engagements, a company to run and a family that is her number 1 priority.    Making sure that all "runs" smoothly is very hard these times and so she has had to make some new commitments to her own mission, her new WHY.
