Springing into overuse!

Our last "easy" weekend for the next few months is behind us. Sprint running season escalates quickly now! We have the Liberty Half Marathon on the horizon and many, MANY more long distance races coming up after that. Let's look at where we are going and also be mindful of what can meet us along the way. You can run too much! Let's see what that looks like before we lace up the shows for another run.
