#121:  In this episode, I dive into my massage experience at Squeeze Spa here in Huntsville.  This was my first time at this spa, but not new to massages. I discuss how I am trying to do more things that are self-care related this year whether it be massages to facials.  Squeeze spa is professional, charming, and zen. one can expect a great spa experience from the aromatherapy, heat therapy, percussion therapy, perfect pressure, heated/non-heated table all while you have access to all the amenities for no up-charge (I believe I forgot to mention in the episode that there is NO up-charge for any of the extra add on's to your experience).  We switch gears, and  I elaborate more on my under-eye cosmetic procedure updates.
