Our guest Ali Brown,  is a three-time Guinness Book of World Records holder. He recently broke the record for continuous drumming at 150 hours and is only 1 of 5 people worldwide to play a full drumkit over 100 hours. 

Ali talks about endurance drumming and the cause behind why he went for breaking the  Guinness World Record for continuous drumming.  He gives some tips on how he drummed for six and a half days and the rules and structure of Guinness Record.
