I finally met Eric Tansey owner of Instill Distilling Co. in person after learning about them from the Florida Rum Society FaceBook group. He talks about becoming a sommelier which led to partnering with other wine enthusiasts to start making rum and instilling values in what they do like working hard and family first. Instill Distilling Co. is a veteran-owned company that supports local and first responders.
