GMAC #8 Procrastination, Productivity, Re-evaluating your relationship to MJ, and ALC

Good morning Ayoo Chill this morning we are talking about procrastination, productivity and reevaluating your relationship with “consumables”. I’m currently in Florida visiting friends, and working as your own boss, you must find the balance in between having quality rest, and breaks, and being able to function in between those at a high-level, while also learning and developing more of your traits and practices.
