Originally from Hong Kong, Leila was adopted and relocated to the UK when she was 6. That was the first time she felt different to those around her. Her lived experienced and dyslexia meant she saw the world with a different lens to most people. She found her passion in diversity through work and subsequently founded DIAL Global!
