This weeks guest on Aware is a thought leader and generator for the future. Louise Broekman launched a software HR product, a little early for the market and after some cheap red wine and deciding to sell everything to make it work, found success with a new product. Along the way she drew together a team of advisors to help her limit those misjudged moments. An incidental conversation made her ask, "What does good look like? What is a good decision?" This train of thought inspired her to commit to a 100 year business goal to change the sector of governance, boards and advisory groups. In de-risking her life she found the bravery to follow a dream. She inspired us to train at the ABC and continues to deliver inspiration gems of wisdom.
