Kristina has been a yoga practitioner for more than 10 years. She is a Graduate of Tony Robbins Leadership Academy and Mastery Academy where she learnt the tools of emotional intelligence, diet and energy and how to live best quality of lives daily. As an advanced yoga instructor with 500 hours of training she was able to use yoga as an amazing tool to find connection to her body and mind and remain the best version of herself daily. She has been an intuitive eater since she was a child and learnt how to listen to her body and stayed in the same weight since she was 20 year old and now she is 37.
