In this podcast we review and practice the Awakening Meditation.  This meditation is much like a mantra meditation except there is no verbal mantra.  Instead, the mantra is your Being.  You stay connected and aware of your Being while you watch everything else and let it either pass or dissipate and melt back into the same Bliss that you are. Let go of thoughts, emotions and melt back into your Self.

These podcasts are here to support your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own. If anything does not resonate, please disregard it and follow your heart. All my podcasts and website are free. Enjoy!
