Edited live session where listeners participated in questions and answers supporting their practice.  All of these podcasts are designed to enhance and support the listeners path to awakening whatever that might be.  In this podcast we addressed the main two types of meditation and how to do them.  Meditation for calmness and meditation for awakening.  Also, we address the nature of the observer.  Additionally, what are the effects of simply ignoring troubles and focusing on Awareness versus experiencing troubles and Awareness together.  Another asked the meaning and experience of "Being in the world but not of it".   And another asked why meditation is so hard and not peaceful.


These podcasts are here to support your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own.
