Welcome! I’m Aviva Kamander. With 20 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and coach, I help adults move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to achieving balance, fulfillment, and lasting success.
This podcast offers guided meditations to support your stress management and everyday well-being practice. These meditations allow you to slow your mind and body, recharge, and reconnect to what matters most.
Meditation allows us to access parts of the mind and name our experiences of thought, feeling, and physical sensation. When we create space between what is happening in our minds and how we would like to respond, we feel a greater sense of inner peace and control.
As we practice, we may experience glimmers of stillness and, with more practice, a greater overall sense of calm and quiet. Connecting with ourselves deeply is fundamental to unconditional self-acceptance, which allows us to prioritize our needs, set realistic expectations, and experience greater resilience and well-being.
These are skills everyone can learn. These recordings were developed to share information on strengthening our awareness, boosting our mood, and helping us cope with daily struggles.
