Avenue Red Podcast #099 - Janne Rasi

We are very pleased to welcome the return of Deep House maestro Janne Rasi from Helsinki, Finland! Janne has got a mad record collection with lots of deep, druggy, moody, hypnotic, melodic House & Techno... and loads of other obscure stuff that we couldn't even think of labelling!

He showcases that diversity and breadth of musical influence very well in this set. He has a crazy ability to set very lucid, dreamy, fantasy-like scenes with his musical selections and flow. As this silky smooth set of tracks shows, his mixing is also truly impeccable. Transcendental audio for the heads with a high-octane brain and deep imagination.

"This mix started taking shape in my head in the summer when I got some hot new wax in my hands. Some tracks were just so good I had to start thinking how to use them in a mix. The result is a combination of recent discoveries and long time favourites.
