Based in the city of St. Gallen, high up amid the Alps of eastern Switzerland, Austrian-born Alessandro Crimi delivers a 1-hour transmission of the kind of techno you'd imagine more likely to have eminated from somewhere in the depths of the Mariana Trench in an all-vinyl mix of exquisite taste.

With his distinctive sound of dub-infused house and techno that is rich in spacey pads, echoey chords, sinuous melodic structures and discerning beats, he is often found skirting along the territorial borders of quintessential Dub Techno stylings. Alessandro has made a name for himself with his strong productions and remixes and also his gigs at prestigious venues including: Harry Klein Club in Munich; Club Home in Amsterdam; Rohstofflager in Zurich and Macarena Club in Barcelona, to name a few. He is hailed as a true specialist for playing warm-up sets, which requires a delicate touch and a good mind for developing a pathway through records to build the energy levels steadily.

Last year Alessandro set up vinyl label Waehlscheibe, that along with the help of his friends he has now driven to the cusp of it's 4th release - we have heard the samples and are sure it will make some big waves!
