Adalah served 2 honorable years in the U.S. Navy and was one of the first females to serve aboard the naval ship U-S-S Wasp. Immediately after, she served 18 honorable years in the U.S. Army; subsequently becoming the first African American female to achieve the rank of Master Sergeant and First Sergeant in field artillery history. However, before retiring from active duty she launched 3 businesses; Rise and Reign Business Consulting, Rare Commodities and the award wining Queen’s Table Vegan Cuisine …and she did it all while serving {in what she says is the most important role she’ll ever have} as a mother.
