Numbing Emotional Pain (Emotional Pain - part 1)

This week I am going to talk with you all about numbing behaviors, and what they are. I am going to talk with you all about how you can recognize them in your own life, so that you can become aware of how you might be taking part in these sort of behaviors. I will also explain why these behaviors are harmful for us, and why we do them.

But, I am not going to just leave you hanging there. I have some things you can begin practicing in your own life if you notice a pattern of numbing behavior in your life.
