University of Texas Golf Club - Chef Grant Irvin and Chef B (Ep.38)

Executive Chef Grant Irvin and Pastry Chef B of the UT Golf Club join the Austin All Day podcast.  We have had back to back back episodes of Chefs working for private clubs. (Episode 37 Spanish Oaks)  Chef Grant get into the grit of what goes into being a Chef besides cooking.  Chef B has an opportunity to discuss working with Chef Grant and talks about things he really enjoys about being a Pastry Chef at the Club.  Always a pleasure to hang out with these two and we will see them back in the studio.  Enjoy!
